DOT/CDL certified Physicals: 

We are a National Registry Certified DOT/CDL physical provider that has provided thousands of exams. We provide $99 MOBILE and ONSITE DOT/CDL physical examinations at your location for truck drivers, bus drivers, construction companies, delivery services, landscaping companies, taxi drivers and anyone needing DOT medical certification exams.

We are a state certified provider of ONSITE sports and school physicals for students in high school, middle school, college and club sports.
